Hey Ed

Thanks for all your service and the great price you gave me on the Turner,  I thought I needed a backup because the last time I needed it repaired I nearly tore the hair from my head because it took them so long to fix it.  So now I have two of them...

Also thanks for fixing my first Turner, I had sent it back to them and they had it 9 months the first time and 5 months the second time. I could not get them on the phone and I tried over 40 times.

I was getting so worried I actually called the Santa Cruz police but they were unable to help me.  I just assumed they had closed down and my guitar was gone.

I am also interested in one of your Quicksilver guitars and one of those new 12 string piccolo guitars you are building.
