Travelers Warning

When staying in Vegas stay on the south side of the Stratosphere. The farther south the better. North Las Vegas & Old Las Vegas are loaded with high priced dirty little bug infested moldy hotels from the 1950's.  There are street gangs & a real bad element invading old town.  West Tropicana Blvd has several budget suites for about 15 dollars more a night you don't have to worry about getting your car stolen while you sleep or getting mugged in the hallways.

Make an appointment or just call to come out and see the custom shop, You will be amazed at what we do in our small but efficient custom shop.

The closest really nice hotels to Ed Roman's Custom Shop are The Silverton & The South Point.

There are a lot of great shows & things to do in Vegas, Most of it is on the South Side of town.  One of the exceptions is the Cannery Casino which is about 6 0r 7 miles past old Las Vegas.  It's all highway driving so you don't have to worry about getting robbed.

Old Las Vegas commonly referred to as Fremont Street (Or Crackton by the locals) is turning into the World's Biggest Ghetto.  Crack Whores, Thieves & Pickpockets.  Keep away from that part of town.   Recently some friends of ours were held up at gunpoint and had their guitars ripped off.  We have heard numerous nightmares about bands getting ripped off when they are playing at the Fremont Street Experience.  The food is horrible, the stores are pricey, the only good thing is the city of Las Vegas is trying and failing to revitalize it by throwing a few free concerts and trying to bring people down to that end of town. Don't bother !!!!
