What stands out above the crowd on this guitar is the small size and
incredibly light weight models. There is a very tasteful domed top on each of
Rick's guitars.
The carve top is done completely by hand. All guitars are hand made one at time totally by
Rick Gledura. The neck and headstock have a natural wood binding (actual strips of
Flame Maple painstakingly attached to the guitars). Fabulous tone and playability.
There is absolutely NO neck heel.

Additional Comments
When Rick Gledura first approached me he was
still perfecting his craft. I was not completely impressed with his earlier
pieces. They sounded excellent, looked nice and played real well, But !!!!
His original execution was not totally
professional, His finishes were not as strong as they should have been.
Rick is a very determined sort. He put his
nose to the grindstone and learned everything he could. He talked with other
builders and spent much time seeking total perfection.
It took a couple of years but the level of
craftsmanship today is second to none, Rick is right up there easily with the
likes of Jeff Terwilliger, Paul Reed Smith, Jol Dantzig, Tom Ribbecke, Jim
Triggs, Bob Benedetto, Jim Jaros, Rick Turner.
