Like so many others before me ... I spent most of my life in pursuit of the mythical legend known as the ultimate guitar. That one special guitar which would enable me the power to express my soul in perfect detailed reflection of self. I’d all but given up on the dream as nothing more than idle illusion until I discovered Ed Roman Guitars. And as I researched further the details of his fabulous website ... I came to re-discover the dream as reality. The ultimate guitar does exist as a wonderful hand-crafted instrument made by Rick Gledura. It plays like the dream I always imagined. The Korina body and neck capture my sound and express my soul like a gospel singer drunk on God. The exquisite abalone/MOP inlays and quilted maple top make my heart beat like a young man in love for the first time. I have my ultimate guitar now. I have been carrying Rick Gledura's guitars for 4 years. I have been very impressed with the growth level on the quality of Rick's Instruments. Rick specializes in single craftsman built guitars. There are very few builders who can do the entire guitar. The level of workmanship really came into it's own as of 2001. I am very impressed with the level of quality that the paint & finish work has climbed to.

Rick has an eye for beautiful exotic woods.  Not just the run of the mill Maples and  Walnut.  He has also acquired some incredible specimen woods.
