The Fender Pricelist Is Getting
To Be Very Confusing.
Fender used to have a sensible markup up system that
made sense to everyone and was easy for a dealer to calculate the cost
on the product..
These days they have gone to a system where the retail price has to add
up to a marketing number like $299.89 0r $989.99.
I certainly hope they will see the error of their ways and fix this
problem.
It wouldn't be so bad except there are so many near or like models that
it is hard for an experienced and seasoned dealer even like me to fully
grasp and comprehend.
I have faith that Fender will eventually fix this problem, They are
probably the only large corporate guitar company that we still
support. It is my belief that they make mistakes but unlike Gibson they
at least try very hard to do things right. And that is half he
battle right there.
