Joanne Roman Bio: Joanne is far too modest to write her own bio, so I'm going to offer a few ideas of the other people here and myself as they apply to Joanne. For instance; she would probably not admit that this place would crash and burn without her. She has been with Ed since the beginning in the 70's and she has it down to a science! She is as good with people as she is with animals (and she's great with animals ... and we are sort of a bunch of animals! Decent, but animals none the less.) She does many things here that are obvious and quite a few things that wouldn't be noticed unless she stopped doing them. Then all hell would break loose! It is safe to say that she is a friend to everyone here. She may be taken for granted sometimes, but we all know that she is a very important, indispensable part of the team here at Ed Roman Guitars.
Tommy Bio: I've been with Ed about 5 years as a sales guy now I'm a guitar builder (Luthier) in training. I have been singing and playing in bands for over 15 years. I eat, breathe & dream music. Tattoos & Rock n Roll! A walking encyclopedia of musical knowledge (metal, blues, classical, etc.). Even though I'm 41 Ed thinks I'm in my late twenties. Though I look young, I HAVE Been there, and I HAVE Done that. I lived in Europe for five years and speak fluent German. I've dealt with many of our European clients. I think Ed thinks I'm young because of the energy and attitude I give off. And ... Bob is my hero and Mike is my Jedi Master!

We think he's an escaped convict because he won't let anyone take his
picture. He is a consummate artist and woodcarver,

Rich Bio: I have known Ed for about ten years and I've bought a few guitars from him. I'm from the Asheville, NC area. Through a set of circumstances Ed offered me a place to stay in his main warehouse in exchange for keeping an eye on things. I also hang out at the shop, take some photos of guitars ... post them on the web site ... and do whatever else I can do. I have done a bunch of different things in the course of my life. My first love has always been music and the guitar is my passion. I didn't get around to learning to play until I was well into my forties. (I think I'm the only person here that has never played in a band.) Any one of my guitars or amps are worth more than the car I drive so I think that qualifies me as a musician in philosophy if not in ability ... or talent. I really enjoy the people here at ERG. They are a very bright and artistic bunch. This is the closest I have ever come to doing what I really want to do and I am happier here than any other place I've been. It's great being able to see and play some of the nicest, best made guitars I have ever seen. The people here are really great! And Joanne keeps everything from flying apart! I feel privileged to be here.

Booby Bio: I work here at my station at Ed Roman's - The King Of Guitars - as a builder and Almighty Repair King of the Universe! My life is full and never ending with its problems and tribulations to go with it ... yet I stay content and true. I work with some of the most talented and strange people I have ever had the chance of knowing. I love them all! They are all together great and true people. Overall ... Joanne Rules All and is the glue that holds us together!! Now, with all that I have written in this bio of myself ... I love my job and always look forward to new projects, expanding my knowledge in this trade, and producing some of the most outrageous guitars I have ever played or built. It is my life and passion as an employee of Ed Roman Guitars. Thank you for your time and wanting to know who I am.
